Why does vanguard, Crucible and faction package only drop special weapon?
Why does vanguard, Crucible and faction package only drop special weapon? I've been collect over 20 special weapons already, i need armor! I don't want special anymore...........

I get this as well. Same with exotic engrams. I guess the smart loot system needs to be smarter. Lol.

Hey swgityswag99, All rank up packages are subject to RNG, meaning what you get is random. I wish you luck getting what you want in the future.
