Hmm...how easy is it to piss you off?

Overwatch will get super boring super fast, i played the beta and thats how it felt.

Edited by Spooky Kazoo Kid: 5/17/2016 2:45:03 AMIt depends. If you prefer MP, Overwatch. If you prefer single player games, DS 3.

1 ReplyYou should play Superhot. It's the most innovative shooter I've played in years.
-
8 RepliesOverwatch... Just, get Overwatch.

Dark souls 3 if you already like the experience or are into build crafting. Over watch if you want a game you can drop in and out of easily. It's a fun time waster and has the potential to go on the esports roster.
-
If you like a challenge and some really rewarding victories plus some good fun along the way dark souls 3 is for you

Ds3 is the bomb

Personally I needed a break from shooters. So, I didn't even play overwatch. However, I do try to stay informed on games, and overwatch will more then likely have a longer life cycle. This will only hold true if you approach it more competitively. If you play it as a casual game it will feel same-ish after a short while. Dark Souls can be played as long as you ideas for builds you want to try. A dedicated Souls player could list off a bunch of runs they've done just do they could play the game in a different manner. (Bow only, magic only, no leveling, or even perma-death). Just doing different runs can give hours of play, and then you can always pvp if you want to fight other players. Pvp: as a fair warning, is a whole different monster. This will be far more frustrating then any boss solely because of connections. Learning to deal with it will improve you as gamer. But it really comes down to whether or not you want a shooter.

7 RepliesDark souls because of replayability

Overwatch. Dark souls 3 gets boring after you beat it, like any single player game.

4 RepliesWell overwatch is multiplayer so you might get behind if you don't play from launch but dark souls will always be there
-
I like to admire From Software games from a distance because I don't have enough patience for those types of games. Overwatch works great for me :)
-
3 RepliesDark souls 3 has more content, but overwatch is a lot more fun to play.
-
Over watch will have a longer replay value. With Dark Souls they will probably release a GOTY edition with DLC
-
1 ReplyIf you want to pay $60 for a what should be a 99 cent app then get overwatch (also the community is looking to be one of the most cancerous yet). Dark Souls is well worth your money and is an absolutely fantastic game.
-
2 RepliesOverwatch is repetitive like call of duty. Dark Souls is not so repetitive unless you count all the r1 spammers right now. It'll be fixed though

Edited by TheArtist: 5/16/2016 12:17:44 PMWhat are you looking for. If you're hardcore....I'd go DS3. If you're looking for a game that will reward you at whatever level of participation you can give to it....go Overwatch. Overwatch is a game that is simple to learn, and easy to play on a casual basis.....but has enough depth to be a really serious challenge if you're playing in a match with two very skilled, well-coordinated teams.

Depends are you casul?

More to do in dark souls 3. Overwatch is very limited in content as of launch
-
Depends on your preference, they're both great games. Dark Souls for a real, full experience that can blow you away if you can take the heat. Overwatch offers a (mostly) well-polished gameplay experience that, while potentially repetitive, will more than likely eventually allow for the kind of addictive competition that made TF2 such a legend.
