PvP and PvE damage outputs for supers Should Be ETIRELY Separate. Most supers outside of Crucible, aside from Ward of Dawn, Shadow Shot, and Storm Caller, are absolutely HORRENDOUS.
There is absolutely no excuse that justifies general PvP changes making PvE Suffer.
Supers in PvE should have a massive damage output increase, enough so that Golden Gun one-shots majors such as knights (not necessarily fully shielded majors except wizards due to damage typing unless under recommended light level) - keyhole would do 50% less damage after initial target was hit - combustion deals 35% of GG shot damage - Side note, Celestial Nighthawk should come close to killing Urzok the Hated from full shields, if not outright,
Fist of Havoc kills all majors (regardless of shields) unless the target in question is a Strike Boss or similar - shockwave does 50% less damage than initial blast of Fist of Havoc - Aftershocks do 25% of initial Fist of Havoc Damage,
Nova Bomb does the same amount of damage as Fist of Havoc for the initial blast - lingering Vortex effect of Nova Bomb does 5x current damage - shatter decreases damage of Nova Bomb To 65-70% for each projectile,
Arc Blade should Kill Basic majors, such as acolytes in one hit, Hive Knight-level Majors in 2, and shielded Majors in 3-4 depending on shield typing - Razor's Edge and Showstopper should deal 80% of damage from slashes of Arc Blade,
Hammer of Sol hammers should do 70% of the damage Golden Gun does per shot - Suncharge does 1.25x damage of Hammer of Sol - Sun Spots do 5x current damage,
and Radiance should have 2-3x damage for all abilities.
As a Balance for PvE, allow Strike bosses, Raid bosses, and World bosses (such as the taken champions currently) to not suffer such adverse effects, although still take noticeably more damage than they do from supers currently.
By this I mean they take more damage, but not take an insane 15% from overall health from a single golden gun shot.
Perhaps have a separate scale of defense from supers specifically for bosses.

I like this. Honestly why they felt PvP and PvE needed to be the same is beyond my understanding, they changed us singer between the two but not really anything else that I know of.
-
My guess is they realized that not many people would like PvE after a while, and so they felt they should speed up that process by making supers just plain awful in PvE and Broken in Crucible. Just my thoughts though.
-
After a minute of thought maybe it's because they don't want the supers to change the tides too much, like they want us to use them tactically but not rely on damaging ones for things. Not that wars of dawn isn't basically a requirement for challenge oryx
-
No kidding. But if you cant kill High priority targets even somewhat easily, what is the point of having supers?
-
I'd be happy if supers killed low priority targets consistently.
-
So true, lol I believe one of the games selling points years ago was the super'd too wasn't it?
-
I believe so, my friend, I believe so.
