I am 48 years old and played Destiny for +2.000 hours but.....u can't be serious Bungie?
Sorry for any bad grammar but English is not my native language. I am an old guy, I like playing chilled, with cool people, etc. Including the Beta, I played Destiny for more then 2.000 hours, and I loved every single minute.....pretty much. I don't like competitive stuff like PvP but whatever. I pretty much stopped playing Destiny when my main character reached 320. I had no reason to push my other characters too. It became kinda boring doing the same stuff over and over again for crappy loot. I was waiting for new content. I hoped for stuff like "old raids with new gear" etc. But Bungie did the complete opposite! Why?
I got a clan with more then 100 players, I got a friends-list with more then 200 people, I asked around, POE was the least favorite. Bungie, do you listen to your community at all? Why? POE? SERIOUS? I work as a retailer in a game-store, I get tons of games for free and I will play a lot of other games for the next period of time, but for sure no Destiny. Destiny=Arena shooter with high-score and time-limit? You must be kidding me! This will be pretty cool for kids with ADD-syndrome but not for an old guy like me. Thank you Bungie for the great time I had with you and your awesome game, now its time to leave. I am sad, very sad....... greetz from Germany :-(

No harm in taking a break. Come back to it if you ever get that itch. I'm not too excited over the update either but it is what it is. They have 700 people on staff at Bungie and I'm sure most of them are busy creating the next dlc and the sequel. I can be patient, I'm sure they have some really cool stuff in development.

If they had held a poll about what content we wanted brought forward onto year 2 I guarantee it would be VOG not POE. So disconnected with the fanbase now, I supported bungie since xbox launch day but the company they have become is a farcry from the original direction the company was heading. Corporate greed/arrogance and publisher greed has ruined the company.

No, you won't get it that easy. Atheon and Crota are dead. The story is moving forward and for me it's a delight to find two available guardians rather than five.

I love playing Des from day one til now nearly on a daily base. Beside PoE - I started hating PoE after two weeks in HoW. After helping out my Clanmates for another two weeks i had to rage quit this crap. Skolas was pain in the ass for -blam!- sake. Honestly i will still be playing Des and preorder Des 2 as well for sure! But i'll pass on this content. Custom Matchmaking otherwise would make my day!!
