One reason why I won't get the Witcher. The fact that I can't customise my character is a huge turnoff in a game as big as that.

I put tons of hours into both Witcher 3 -Better combat -Better map -Better Main Quest -WAY BETTER side quests. Skyrim is just fetch quests while witcher 3 side quests were more detailed than Skyrims main story. -Better choices etc etc Skyrim was great just not as great as witcher 3. Witcher 3 is one of the best games ever made

Skyrim falls short in the story compared to witcher as well as functionality in several aspects like combat. If I had to pick one though I'd say skyrim. Just for replay ability. This was not easy to pick. I guess I like skyrims freedom of play style. This was easy by no standards and I would have hit a both button, but skyrim caters more to my play style I guess.

witcher 3 by far is the best its hard combat is -blam!-ing sweet and actually challenging actual rest time for witcher is faster in mediation and u dont have to buy all ur spell when u have them already

Skyrim for now. Haven't played enough of the Witcher to give it a fair shot yet. Though I will say that Gwent is really fun.

Skyrim for me. I felt like I was actually in the world. Plus having a sword in one hand and a spell is just plain awesome.

Its like comparing apples to oranges. The games are too different to put in the same category. Yes, they're both RPGs, but one is more story driven while the other is a little more open and sand boxy.

Despite Skyrim being my least favourite TES game out of the three I've played, it's still much better than The Witcher 3.

Damn bro, how can I possibly pick? I'm going to go with the witcher simply because it came out more recently, but honestly idk, Skyrim is a masterpiece.

I loved both these games entirely and have 2,000+ hours on the witcher and 5,000+ hours on skyrim but I have to go with skyrim for this one. I felt more apart of the open world being able to craft my own character. Don't get me wrong though Geralt is still one of my favorite characters of all time but in the end it comes down to this. - overall game enjoyment for multiple hours- skyrim - intense well written story with amazing sense of detail- Witcher 3

I got bored halfway though witcher 3. Finished it and got even more bored. Skyrim on the other hand I could play for hours right now after beating it 100s of times
