So does Landfall not work in Crucible?
I was using Stormtrance and had the Impossible Machines equipped and I would do the animation for Landfall, but the opponents wouldn't take any damage? Is this a bug with the perk itself or with the Gear?

I know this is an old post, but landfall always worked well for me until the April patch hit. Now it seems worthless to wear the impossible machine. Landfall's description says it's a "devastating" perk. They need to change the wording from the game play that I've had.

1 ReplyIt's about a third of the radius that fist of panic has and it helps if you're above the opponent but you certainly don't have to be if the opponent is right next to you.

1 ReplyYou have to be above them for landfall to work. It will not cause any damage side to side. You might blind them but you won't hurt them

I noticed you have to be in the air for it to work. I activated it right next to someone while I was on the ground and did nothing to them.

It does work. Radius below isn't the best.

I've used it but it seems to only work if you are above them. Very little side to side damage. It basically shoots straight down under you so they need to be between you and the ground. I could be wrong.
