What's the best way to get Solar ability kills as a Hunter for the Raze-Lighter?
I remember it took forever to get my void ability kills done so what's the best way for solar kills and where?

That spot you can make the fallen infinitely respawn on venus by jumping up over the door. Only thing is when taken come they stop spawning, but then you just have fun fighting taken lol. I don't remember my stat allocation but I always had a nade/knife and a super, and alternated between them. I didn't like having to do a cheese like that but what a boring ass quest lol For dark drinker on my lock I did crucible and just patroled tho. For arc I did it on my hunter also and did crucible and patrol as well (still waiting for armsday delivery, sigh... I don't understand the time gates)

Bad juju. That's all I used on regular patrol and every time my super was ready I used it and spam grenades and throwing knives

Edited by an engram full of bees: 1/26/2016 3:27:46 AMDon't bother trying to get kills with your super. Best method: Run weapons with grenadier. Max out your discipline. Use a Tripmine grenade with Ahamkara Spine. Go ham in strikes/story mode. Good luck!

Golden gun, combustion, bad juju, Crota's End beginning part = UNLIMITED POWEEERRRR!!!!

I'd use golden gun with combustion and penetration to kill thrall swarms.

How to get ability kills: Mele = 1 kill point Grenade = 1-3 kill points Super = 1-3 kill points. The hidden genius is your sword. Take it out and hold block until it reaches 0. After you've depleted all ammo by blocking the solar aura is still applied to your ice cream cone (aka handle). You can than kill adds for up to 5 more additional solar ability kills at times. Keep in mind these are just numbers from experience. I made the mistake of choosing void on my titan.....yeah, that sword trick was a life saver lol. Best of luck!

3 RepliesFarm the omnigul mission on earth when she invades the warmind. When you enter the vault Kill the hive then wipe but don't kill the knight at the top of the stairs. Try for a built with high discipline. Or just play regularly and you'll get to 100% before you know it without feeling the grind (strikes, nightfall, raid, etc. )

Double knives, the perk that refunds it on a headshot, Monte Carlo. Crucible gives more percentage per kill, but if you don't like that just patrol around Venus or something.
