Using Bubble to Gauge How OP Landfall is
It takes a ____ to destroy bubble
1 foh
1 nova bomb
2 hammers
1 landfall then he keeps his super afterwards
Sounds op to me
In addition:
Void bow DOESNT even destroy the bubble. Stormtrance needs a nerf

It also takes 2 Golden Gun shots to take down a bubble and 1 to kill the Titan. THATS AN ENTIRE SUPER.

I just get really sad when a nova bomb kills me while in my bubble without vortex because I'm indoors or next to a wall. Quite literally bursting my bubble.

While I do enjoy Landfalling on people, it really shouldn't destroy Ward Of Dawn bubbles from the outside. Usually when I see a bubble, I run inside and use Landfall from there, that way there's a pretty good chance that the Titan that made it would either die or abandon their Void shield safety. And other times they kill me before I use my Super. Nice.

He has to literally be on top of you to break the bubble. If you allow this to happen you must be blind or have some god awful aim.

It would be fine if the attack based supers balanced out. To my knowledge, they is absolutely no way to survive a direct hit from landfall, period. Same could be said about fist of havoc, and also nova bomb? However, this like golden gun and and the hammer, you can set up your call to survive a hit. I don't know about you guys, but I think that's ridiculous. One could make an argument against the hammer because of the duration of the super and how many hammers you can get, but golden gun should be one shot to kill someone, period. I can see it taking two to take down a bubble, but nobody should survive a direct hit from a golden gun shot.

3 RepliesOmg keep crying you big baby. Stormcallers have the worst armor during super in the game. Op super = super squishy....so in other words balanced. And to put the icing on the cake warlocks are the only class that doesn't have an exotic piece of armor granting an evasive skill, unlike hunters and titans. And we still don't have any exotic boots....so in other words STFU YOU WHINEY LITTLE SWEATY SCRUB!!!!!#

We don't need more nerfs. Bladedancer and Sunbreaker just need to be re-balanced after being gimped so hard. People also need to realize that the Defender Bubble is for passing out buffs and guarding against light gunfire, not a trump card for stopping supers.

An AoE ability that can be used multiple times and drains a bit of the Super duration with each use, then change Transcendence to an ability that, instead of increasing Stormtrance's duration, decreases duration by 3-5 seconds, doubles movement speed, grants bonus damage to Stormtrance, and reduces the amount of energy Landfall and Ionic Blink drains. Landfall itself will have to have a chaining ability, or have Electrostatic Mind grant it.

All points about stormtrance being what it is currently aside, you get your Entire 15-25second long super And get to destroy a bubble? That's simply ridiculous. They nerfed razor's edges vs bubble and that was fair enough. How can people say this is okay 'because it's a super'. OP pointed out how much of other supers it requires to take out a bubble, yet somehow because Stormtrance is getting flak in other areas this is passable... And regarding the results of the poll, other supers need to be buffed, against bubbles? Are you serious? So golden guns 1 shot bubbles? 1 hammer kills it? All on the merit of not wanting to fix an issue with stormtrance because it's currently the thing people are complaining about ? Naivety is strong

I was shitting myself when I destroyed my first bubble with landfall. I felt dirty but at the same time so alive.

5 RepliesThere's nothing that you can really change about Stormtrance. Any nerfs to the actual super will make it too weak. Whereas with Landfall, you need to be fairly close to be able to get a kill with the initial blast, maybe just get rid of the blinding factor in PVP (not in PVE). And just not let it pop a Bubble. Maybe even tone the damage down (so it can't one shot) and give it a bigger blast radius, so it's like a grenade at the start of your super, not an extra super.

Landfall is intentionally a mini FoH, that's why....just stay out of Warlocks butts and you should be fine ;)

Well you gotta spec for it. With everything else you don't have to. Also just don't go near the bubble then, but if you must, you can throw a vortex/pulse/solar/maybe voidwall and thermite grenade on the user to gradually reduce health to make the kill easier.
