6 RepliesIt does the same on PS4. Also it's not the console's fault. It's the video game's fault. It's poor optimization that is causing the fps to drop. The consoles can handle a lot. BF4 runs at 60fps easily and that game is more detailed than fallout 4.

Xbox one, less assets faster Ps4, more assets slower This is the ram difference with the cpu bottleneck included. Xbox stutters on small assets, hence the instantaneous freeze; then return to normal. It happens for LESS THAN A SECOND. You notice it enough to think shit, then your going. I've seen it twice, 14 hours in now ,Didn't effect me at all, not only that but my game has been flawless despite. Now. When the ps4 'hiccups', as we will call it, it slogs a tremendous amount of data momentarily, the smaller cpu stutters then you have a several second , less severe hiccup'. Hence the 7fps for like 4 seconds. This is a bethesda 'next Gen' title running on a modified skyrim engine. Heavily modified but still that spotty shithole that it was. If you don't think or even EXPECT some issues your literally insane. Your 'unacceptable ' freezing on xbox is how the ram handles being bottlenecked by fallout. Prolly wouldn't be possible without and it's unnoticeable in action any way. Keep blabbering on about your bias joke websites that you so desperately cling to. Learn how to read statistics, how variables correlate, and how business especially the media works, then come back and try again. Until then you look pathetic. Your mom is unhappy your on these forums talking to strangers, stay in school, definitely do drugs and for the love of god, stop. Muted
