So there are actual Iron Banner gear rewards... right?
Because I haven't seen a single one rewarded to Anybody in any of the games I've played in....
Did Bungie nuke the drop rate on this stuff like they did everything else or what??

* [b]Edit:[/b] Just an FYI I hate the 'matchmaking' system. Just got done with a 9 loss streak. And between every round it's telling me "We are mixing teams to better match"... not with that win/loss ratio your not.
Also, still just that one drop so far...

I'm almost rank 3 on my hunter and I've only gotten the sidearm, which is nice :) I expected the drops to be more like year 1 crucible with its drop of rate of legendary rewards post-game. If this is any indication of what their new loot system looks like for ToO & IB, color me unimpressed. Bungie holding their hands up in the air incredulously and saying "RNG. What you gonna do?" is starting to get really, really old... I'm definitely disappointed from a time to reward ratio perspective. On your first run to rank 5, you should be able to get rewarded with Saladin's entire arsenal (with some extra games @ rank 5 to get the primary) as it's "the primary method for getting gear" with the revamp. Getting blanked from ranks 3-5 isn't bad luck, it's bad [i][b]design[/b][/i] on Bungie's behalf. [Update]: Rank 5 with hunter now and still no new drops. No drops on either character after hitting rank 3. Hunter (Rank 5): 22 games & 1 drop (sidearm) = ~4.5% reward rate Warlock (Rank 5): 66 games & 2 drops (bond/boots) = ~3% reward rate Aggregate: 88 games & 3 drops = ~3.41% reward rate That sure is a [i][b]rewarding[/b][/i] primary way to attain gear Bungie...

Yep they suck this time. On top of that, I haven't seen a single crucible legendary drop either.

I have had 3 pair of hunter boots drop with the highest being 296..It is random as hell though. Some play very little and get a lot. Others grind for days and nothing to show for it.

I was rank 3 and got the sidearm. At least I don't have to waste the marks

Made it to rank 5 Friday night. Saw a total of only 5 items drop total across all players. I had 1 drop. The boots. 281 light. What a joke.

3 RepliesIt was supposed to be the main way to gear up your characters. Play the grind, get rewards. Bungie made it sound like ib gear would be falling put of the sky! The primary way, to aquire the loot. It's either an outright lie or gross incompetence

I got cloak for hunter , pulse rifle (only after rank 5) and boots at rank3 . Titan got boots at rank 3 Warlock boots at rank 3

2 RepliesFunny thing, alls I wanted was the pulse rifle. So I grind to get to rank 5 to purchase it. I am literally 27 points from reaching rank 5 and the damn thing drops for me. By the way, it was the only legendary drop through the whole run!!

2 RepliesWhat happened to the crucible legendaries? The IB gear seems to drop less and normal crucible legendaries don't drop at all! Like a Y2 ash factory for example. Where is that loot?

I was about 200 pts from rank 4, a 298 iron wreath dropped, and I saw another person get boots. Besides that, I haven't seen any other iron banner loot drop
