I think Bungie should sell 300 light Raid Gear for Silver in Destiny 2. Some people don't have enough time to grind out the raid in order to progress. It wouldn't be an unfair advantage because all the gear is available in-game so there wouldn't be any reason to worry. Also there should be a way to buy Legendary Shards and Faction Tokens for silver. They are available in-game as well so there will be no worry of any "Pay-To-Win" issues. This would be a great way for busy people to keep up and enjoy the game without penalizing those who have spent hours grinding away at the raids. Also it would give Bungie additional income to deploy DLC and updates also allowing them to renew the leases on their Ferraris. Please make this dream come true, RNGesus has been unkind to me.

I have defended Bungie and their micro transactions before. With stuff like emotes it's no big deal. It's just a product of the evolution of the gaming industry and capitalism at its best. But if it was to go down the path of gear for purchase, that would be a huge issue. It's like steroids in baseball. It's not fair to other players and it's a bad thing for the game as a whole. You say you don't have time to grind for gear... but you don't seem to understand that grinding for gear is this game. That's the whole point! Once you get all the gear the game is basically over for you until they release new content and new gear. Play the game one light level at a time and don't stress over getting to 330.

Ummmmmm. That's kind of textbook pay to win. Pass. I don't have as much time to play as I would like but I'll grind out my gear.

I agree. Profits will sore. If they went public with this I'd invest.

The day bungie adds any pay-to-win aspects is the day I uninstall.

Did bungie pay you to post this?

Only thing like this that would be close to acceptable is paying for the opportunity to open the last step to the exotic weapon quests that are only open for a day. Even then it should start at year 1 power so it takes some effort to get it fully functional.

No.....
