Warlock most underwhelming PVE class
Anyone else think that the sunsinger's super is the most underwhelming super in the game? Oh wow my grenades recharge faster! That's amazing! But for real lets throw out ideas on how sunsinger can be more than just throwing grenades.

Self Rez is INCREDIBLY useful. Just nobody uses any support builds as it was supposed to be used as. Plus, bloom+lots of adds= light show with a massive splash zone. Also no ad can escape your thundery might.

It's one of the most clutch supers in the game. Not just in pve, but pvp also. Coming back from the grave is nothing to scoff at.

I live and die by my Sunsinger! Fusion grenades! I learned back in Halo how to get good with stick nades. Use gear that maximize Discipline. Depending on you load out choose Viking funeral and the perk that ignites enemies when you nade them. Most yellow bars only need 1 or two. It's great for max damage on bosses if you choose the perk that gives you extra armor during radiance. I prefer Sunsinger over the other two classes easily.

Warlocks should get an exotic that provides your teammates around you with an extreme armor buff while radiance is active. That would be cool

3 RepliesActivate Radiance, equip sword. Tell me that you cant drop orbs like non other. That's its pure awesomeness. Doesnt matter what ya use you get orbs. That and its the only self revive in the whole game. So no, I disagree completely. Void is crap compared to the solar warlock. Not a fan of any void subclass tho its too cheesy for me. Every grenade is crap except the Warlocks seeking grenade.

1 ReplyI already stated multiple times that radiance should heal allies. I mean radiance is the only super that you need to stack discipline to reach its full potential. If you're not stacking it you're at a disadvantage and producing less orbs and getting less kills.

I use song of flame instead and it makes me a better warlock because I'm not relying on a safety net, you're essentially "forced" to play better because you don't have that instant res. Regarding spamming grenades, any kills during radiance will produce orbs by any means: gun, grenades, melee. My team loves the support I can provide with my current load out. I produce orbs outside of radiance as well and I'm quite tanky thanks to my 2 exotics :). I know what you mean about it being underwhelming however you just need to stop playing the class like the last resort and rather and team support instead. Just change the way you play it and you'll be pleased :). My discipline isn't maxed because I use a combination of throwing grenades, shooting and melee.

Radiant skin needs a buff or replace meant because (and u can test it your self) it does almost nothing. I was thinking radiance should have a node that spreads ether damage or armor buff (in the form of an over shield)

It's a pve stellar class. Pvp - it's void walker or storm caller now. Personally hate the storm caller. It's so skill less......
