I'm guessing that's from Iron Banner.

4 RepliesWe have cloak of Taniks, Kings cloak from Variks and all that but we still don't have a fallen cloak similar to the one captains wear. No I don't want torn cloaks that Variks is selling. Just one similar to the ones fallen vandals wear.

the wolf part stops at the shoulders, it then turns into the some sort oc checkered like pattern. If you google it youll find a reverse image.
