Not only did Bungie actually encourage it, they made it easier. You say a person has to take part in the boss to get rewards? Lovely. Let's teleport any players that aren't with the rest of the team straight to the boss! Seriously Bungie, I'm genuinely tired of this shit, and what's worse, I have to lose my Vanguard Strike spree just so I can dump the -blam!-wit on their ass so I can actually enjoy play. This is entirely flawed and I believe you need to look at a new solution.
