The jolly holiday quest is hacked
I get 20 kills with the last word and 12 deaths. I get 15 kills and 16 deaths the presentage is back at zero

1 ReplyKills are worth +1 and deaths are worth -2, headshots and killing sprees give you bonus points. However, it should be noted that you don't have to use The Last Word, it only has to be equipped. Also, if you remove it from your primary slot you won't lose points, but you won't gain points either. You could wait till the heavy ammo comes around and equip it to go on a spree then take it off. I finished the bounty with only 20 TLW kills, the rest of my points came from my Secondary and Heavy.

Yeah, it's supposed to be that way. 1 kill= 1% 1 kill with headshot= 2% 1 death= -2% Sprees= bonus percentage

5 RepliesI really hate these crucible quests that you loose progress on. It wouldn't be too bad if TLW didn't suck now. I know you just need it equipped but not using a good primary in Crucible is a huge disadvantage.

It's hard, but not impossible. The first part is at least. Just equip a versatile secondary, like a fusion rifle, high fire rate sniper rifle, or a good sidearm. Then, enter rift, play it safe and be the rift runner as many times as you can and ignite the rift as often as you can. I don't know the specifics, but scoring a lot of points increases the percentage quickly. I got almost 25% from one rift ignition. I used a sidearm to do it. It's on my Titan if you want to check it out.

In higher end pve you'll never kill enough with the 5 round mag to activate the final perk, and in pvp Matador, Felwinter's, and Uni are far superior because unless you get the headshot (body shot don't kill) you're dead by the shotguns I just mentioned. Bungie went full retarded on this quest. It harder than the Thorn and unlike the Thorn, it really isn't worth it unless you like being light level 300 and using it to kill level 10 enemies. The Chaperone might someday be the go to weapon for trials players (maybe), but if it does, it's not really because it's worth having, rather because Bungie made all the good shotguns obsolete, but I'm pretty sure there will be other exotics that merit more use. The only thing I have to say to Bungie is: thank you wasting out time. I imagine you couldn't have found a genuine way to keep players interest. I'm beginning to wonder if the sword exotic quest is worth it, or if I'll continue to play after I beat the raid. You're best bet with this weapon is to be a Hunter. Hunters can mark and tag players in pvp. A good tag will place a huge helpful marker over their head that says shoot here.

I've done this quest and since you get a shotgun (exotic) it's not even that good. A thing you also need to do is to give a "donation" of 15000 glimmer lol. Not worth it tbh
