I want to MUTE Nolan Norths Ghost

There needs to be options to mute the crucible narration and the ghost. They are both a complete waste.

So uh the ghost voice is some kid now, that's stupid

Nolan North voice acted ghost is so annoying.

Please give us a mute option. I find the new voice distracting, if not down right annoying.

Totally agree mute this irritating voice its sounds like some kid has got hold of the microphone if they were going to change this then why not make it better give us a choice even female or male etc different ghost different voice they did it in Titanfall ...but this just grinds ..please dump it mute it agghhh

This is an example of "the grass isn't always greener" people moan for Dinklebot, Op weapons, cry for nerfs...when in reality the opposite can be far far worse. The developers must be scratching their heads knowing how to please people. Having said that the Nolanbot is bad, really bad. Reminds me of the cowardly part of C3PO without the comedy, just a whineybot that R2D2 would want to push off a cliff. I agree that he's just to "perky" for the dark surroundings and it's not in context. Whereas Dinklebot had a sense of foreboding

3 RepliesThe ghost now sounds over excited about what's going on, even in times of what should be terror.. Bungie -blam!-ed the voice up by directing nolan to be like that. Dinklages interpretation fit the game perfectly and gave it more of a darkness especially in places like "we've woken the hive". With bungies attempt of directing Nolan to be chirpy, the darkness has gone and I feel it's aimed more towards an audience of 10 year old.. The eeriness has vanished and now destiny feels like it should be filled with -blam!-ing rainbows and pixie dust

5 RepliesBungie is becoming a master at taking something bad and making it worse. I agree, Dinklebot was not great but without question, far better than North. When I heard North's voice I had to jump off my sparrow to make sure pink flowers and rainbows weren't painted on to it.

8 RepliesBump I feel like I have to [b]make due [/b]with an annoying replacement that is trying waayy 2 hard. Dink was so much more chill. I think that's exactly how a ghost should be. Who the hell asked for the change? Been playing for a year now and never heard one complaint about the ghost.
