4 RepliesIts definitely servers. All my games yesterday had laggers, hell even yesterday my own team mates were teleporting. I thought it was me only to discover they were experiencing the same thing. Every player on both sides are dropping to red bar constantly. An easy fix is to add a European server as their one is obviously just getting overloaded during popular events. Many popular games have regional servers and it works.

Agree. i have just had people taking no damage whatsoever with a lobby of apparently good connections. Its getting beyond a joke. Yet another nail in the coffin.

4 Repliesis this a playstation thing or something ? I rarely see lag and have never seen cheating. Last iron banner I ranked 3 characters to 5 and was in maybe 2-3 laggy matches for the entire week. Every once in a while I will run into a guy that lags some but nothing super serious. Maybe there are better connections in the southern california area.

1 ReplyLag switchers? Yes I truly hope they get their asses banned. Laggers? No, not really. We don't have dedicated servers. It only takes 1 person to cause the entire lobby to lag. If it's more then one person with a bad connection then many times the whole lobby will be red barring. You can't control that. Sometimes your region where you live have poor connection, maybe you live in the middle of no where and you have a bad connection, maybe your outside of the U.S. Maybe it's even someone using the Internet at your house while your playing or it could just even be bungie not being able to sustain that crucible match. You cannot always blame laggers for lag switching. You can't jump to conclusion, especially since lagging is very common in game and sadly extremely common in destiny.

It's hard to shoot some one who can blink and then teleport across the room because of their internet connection
