Should all PS4 exclusive content be for Xbox One?
Okay, I am an xbox user, but I am putting my differences aside, and making a non biased opinion. I am not favouring playstation or xbox at this time.
Many xbox and bungie fans who play destiny are upset about playstation exclusive content not being on xbox. Now with Destiny: TTK giving the old content to xbox users, playstation now gets even more exclusive content.

19 RepliesPersonally I believe exclusive deals poison the game industry. (Looking at you Bloodborne.) But seriously, games and DLC should just be universal. PS4 and X1 are practically the same so I don't see why we can't just share games. (Companies would make much more money that way than through deals.) Example: Playstation could get screwed when Fallout 4 comes out and Xbox gets special treatment from Bethesda like we always do and then it'll just be a bad time over petty deals. Consoles wars are stupid, and exclusive deals need to stop. (Esecially stuff like Destiny's whole year of exclusives, could you imagine if Fallout 4 game Xbox DLC for a whole year before Sony? Lame sauce.)

Sure- just let Microsoft pay part of the millions Sony was smart enough to invest before the game took off. The split on the multi-millions Sony and Activision spent wasn't disclosed, so let's just let Microsoft buy into it for 2x what Sony did because they're late to the party... 2 RepliesIt will be. Just one year afterwards. Come September, you guys can finally get Hawkmoon, Monte Carlo, Forth Horseman, Dust Palace Strike, and that Vex strike ( I can't remember it's name).

Im an Xbone player and I say no. This is a marketing tactic. Ps4 has their exclusives, we have ours. We can live without a map, a gun, and some rare armor.

4 RepliesI play on xbox1. I honestly don't care if I have to wait for a gun, as long as it's actually usable when it comes. If hawkmoon is no longer viable this fall because of the new content, then I'll be disappointed. Otherwise, it's like I get a bigger DLC.

I'm honestly indifferent with the Playstation exclusives. I'm just happy that Xbox gets them a year afterwards Monte Carlo and hawkmoon <3

To All Ps4 user: just imagine when Undying Mind becomes a nightfall with void burn and angry. Those Minotaurs are already aggressive in the regular strike. Sounds fun... iMO

I've said it a billion times and I'll say it a billion more times. PS4 is out selling the Xbone 2/1 making it the dominant console of this generation. Last gen it was the 360 and it got all the timed exclusives now its the PS4. Its not fair but its the way business works

That just came down to who wanted it more. Its ok tho. I'm a Xbox 1 player and I am not upset at it. Because at the end of the day we know who has the best players. So PS4 can spend there money on it because xbox 1 will always have the best players on it. Imo

Yes because Sony having a few extra guns and a few extra strikes for a while is outrageous when Microsoft took all of the new Tomb Raider away from Sony Fans. Yeah none of the Xbox players complained when that happened did they? Atleast destiny is the first of its series instead of alienating the majority of their fanbase by making the first few games non exclusive and then making a sequel an exclusive.

2 RepliesActivision (not Bungie) gambled that the Destiny attach rate on PS4 would be worth the investment to partner with Sony As the PS4 is outselling XB1, that was a wise business decision on their part. This is capitalism, pure and simple. Don't blame Bungie. Don't blame Activision. If you need to blame anyone, blame MSFT for not being willing to make that investment.

PS4 user here.... All PS exclusives should be available to Xbox users. I have some buddies that aren't on PS and it kills me they can't have or do some of the things we have. I do love picking on them but i really wish it was open for them to access

1 ReplyThe gunslinger's golden gun is a last word. Why isn't it a hawkmoon instead? Because Gunslingers on Xbox wouldn't have a super. Don't hate on this comment. I'm not trying to start anything. Just thought it was funny. I think exclusives are a stupid idea. Everyone should be able to enjoy everything.

9 Replies1. Sony paid Bungie additional money to develop that content. Microsoft did not. 2. The only exclusives that were worth losing any sleep over were Hawkmoon and Monte Carlo....and Monte Carlo only BEFORE patch 1.1.1 dropped. Trust me. Those Xbox users complaining about Thorn are in for one really RUDE awakening once Hawkmoon starts showing up in their Crucible. The howling will start the first day someone gets one-shotted by a Hawkmoon user.

It was Microsoft/Xboxs exclusive game and sold millions of units, now up to the point where Bungie was making Destiny, Microsoft told them to focus on Halo instead of Destiny. Now, look how far the came to when they where founded almost making Halo a Apple iMac game. So what I'm saying is Destiny was Bungies exclusive to give to Sony/PS and that was the plan until x Xbox users freaked out. So that's why Xbox users don't get the content ment for the system exclusive. In all I AM a Sony dude, but I feel what you Xbox users feel when I couldn't play halo.
