When the dlc came out I grinded the lvl 28 POE on my Hunter and opened the chest every time I had a key. Lets just say I am past rank 5 in house of judgement but got the boots after 3 Nighthawk helmets. The POE chest and NF are the only places I have seen them or any exotic armor drop.

I deleted my hunter beige house of wolves, I cracked the queens chest at the end of a 34 POE and I got them with 148 max discipline, u mad bro?

Never play my 34 Hunter, boots dropped in poe chest the other night. They will most likely never be used.

It's dropped three times for me already. They seem to be working their way through the new exotics. I'm sure we'll see them soon, I'm hoping for the Ram, that's all I have left!
