This just happened to me, and a buddy of mine a while back (an hour or two ago). Was mid-shoulder charge at the cauldron and my screen went all white, after that the sound was gone and my controller pretty much bricked, my friend who had this happen played as a warlock at the moment so I don't think SC was the culprit. Unfortunately I have no video of this due to my console being completely unresponsive (had to hold the power button to restart it), might be able to get the report from PS (not sure how it would work). Anyone else had this happen to them? Know anything about it? EDIT #1: Nice to see that this is getting some attention (and sad at the same time, one of the most infuriating moments of destiny PvP as of yet for me). Regardless of the nature of this... occurance - for lack of a better word, this needs to be addressed ASAP. Luckily for me getting a flawless isn't that big of a hassle (and a ton of coins to spare) so I just started a new card the day after, but this is an incredibly demoralizing and unacceptable glitch that I've [b]never[/b] seen or heard about before friday. Please, if anyone you know has had this happen to them, tell them to post about it here (and take note of which match it happened on, you can always find the match looking at your guardians tab and see if there are any common denominators).
