Sorry to say this, but Batman is just some rich guy with a Grudge. Add that to not having nearly as much High-tech equipment as a single guardian alone, I bet even a lone Guardian could beat him. (Don't say I don't know Batman because I've seen almost every main movie, besides some of the newer ones, but have seen all of the originals)
