EDIT: My Suggestion to Bungie is Make Shotguns a 2 or 3 hit kill and Return the Range it had from Day One. Then what do you have? Pretty much Thorn that's what. But Seriously, we Need Range Back in PVE so that's my Suggestion. Oh and for the Love of this Game Don't Nerf Damage in PVE in the process, it's Finally Fun in PVE just needs more Range.

Lol after I shoot sum one with a shotgun I alway punch them anyway so that would mean more people will do that also. What would benefit this game more than anything would be to disable all nerf and buff comments. No matter what they nerf it just makes a new gun get cries for a nerf. Limiting ammo just makes you use regeneration guns (ice breaker etc....) I can't believe anyone thinks nerfing anything is a good idea.

6 RepliesShotgun haters need to shut the f*ck up. For people who've been using shotguns in Crucible since day one, it's about time our shotguns do damage. Sure, 2 shot kill from out of range would be a decent nerf, but anything more is ridiculous. You know what's a two shot kill from across the map? Thorn. Until you taints scream and cry about Thorn as much as shotguns, no one cares about your shotgun caused tears.

They are almost ready to release the patch which probably means it's been with Microsoft for awhile for certification, way before this "Mr fruit" started leaking juice because he'd been killed by one too many shotguns.

They changing the way special ammo spawns so that people won't be able to (as effectively) use secondary weapons as primaries. This was in the update a week or two before Mr. Fruit's highlight, and it is very much needed in the crucible. Edit: also, since when has Bungie ever responded that quickly? Were you not aware that shotguns are probably the most complained about weapon on these forums? You can't swing a dead cat around here without seeing a "nerf Felwinter's Lie" thread. It's ridiculous to think that Mr. Fruit had anything to do with this last update which will in no way affect the performance of the shotgun itself.
