Starting when? How many hours per week do you play? A normal week for me involves trying to do Crota normal and the Nightfall on two characters and getting bounties in when I can. I may not play optimally but I have to make the somewhat limited time I have to play count.

Dark below came out on 12/9/14, hard mode came out 1/15/15. I had 3 32's before hard mode came out.

I started playing after hard mode was released and just have two 31s. Does having a third character speed it up that much? My bottleneck at the moment is getting enough shards, as I have three armor pieces fully unlocked just don't have the shards to finish them out. My goal is to throw all the shards at the first character so I can start running hard mode then finish the second. I only have 6 Crota's End completions so it'll take a few more weeks to get both characters to 32. Luckily I'm in no rush.
