Edited by PapaCap: 2/25/2015 6:37:30 PMI had trouble with this too. I don't have the Mask of the Third Man, and I upgraded my Red Death a while back and haven't leveled it since. So with those two options aside, you need to go pro until you can find time to jump down and swat a Thrall when it's safe, because your Talents are the only other means of regenerating health.

3 RepliesThe helmet that drops from the raid for hunters heals health for orb pick ups just like the other classes. Although I don't use it because I don't get damaged in the first place, like a hunter should be.

1 ReplyI've been unlucky enough to have 3 hunter raid helms without health on orbs. I also didn't buy MotTM when Xur sold it. For now I use a Red Death to kill a thrall then switch back.

6 RepliesMask of the 3rd man has health regen with an orb and increased melee speed which helps if you run sword... I also use Red Death, because one kill fills your health 100%... After health is up, I swap to mida multi-tool for faster movement since I run sword...

Raid helmet at mask of third man have regen abilities. If you don't have that use suros of red death to shoot some thralls for health. If you don't have those then you just need to play better.

Raid helmet CAN* if it has the ability to pick up orbs, last effect varies.

You can also do blink strike with hungering blade to get your health back
