Grimoire scores aren't an indicator for skill. I look at the scores as a way to see how experienced a player is. Ghost collection isn't the only way to get grimoire. I refer to the scores to see how far a player has gotten in the game.

In all fairness, this isn't always 100% accurate, but you get grimoire cards for beating the raids so many times.. It definitely helps having people with high grimoire scores for experience alone.. Before you get all pissy at me for saying that I will say that it isn't always true.. But most of the time, hard atheon goes alot faster with 6 2500+ players then it does with 6 below 2300s..

I'm at 2300, I'm not really casual but I have never focused on my grimore score ever. I just get whatever comes to me. The people in my clan focus on it all the time but I honestly don't care about it.
