anybody else not spending commendations?
I have 7 vanguard commendations, and 6 crucible ones. I do not do crucible, so i never have any crucible marks. And i do not buy vanguard weapons from the vendor as the perks lick balls.
Can we please get something to spend these on as some type of reward for time spent? Every time you level up a faction they give you one of the crucible comms. Please give us an actual reason to use these

2 RepliesI only have 4 so far, can't believe how many people have more than 5. I guess if I played every single day and did every Vanguard bounty I could probably have more. I'm hoping to have at least 7 saved up before next DLC so I can get full Vanguard armor and one set of weapons.

I have no use for them, especially since I do a minimum of crucible and fwc sends me them every couple of days.

Now that I have full raid gear, it's pointless. I have like 12 vanguard commendations and 15 crucible ones. They're just sitting there collecting dust. Will never use them

1 Replyi still didnt reach rank 2 in the crucible lol ikr :) but i got like 4 vanguard commendations about to get my 5th but im a one gun kind of guy unless there is another gun i like but its hard when the mark is max at 100 a week and max is 200 :/

Yeah, they are rather pointless, the only legendary weapons I use were random rolls that were actually good or raid weapons, commendations are just taking up what little vault space there actually is....I'd love it if you could use them to re-roll a legendary weapon.

I used one so far. I have 14. The day dlc launched I got one and bought a chest piece for my hunter. I've been fairly lucky with vanguard/cryptard rewards, recieved a couple helmets and chests for my other characters so I haven't needed to buy them.

More crap to keep in the vault. Running low on space but I dare not delete them just in case.

I spent one on an LDR 5001... of course I then proceeded to roll an arc longbow synthesis with sweet perks that is superior in every single way... meh

I have used only one of these. I imagine though come DLC I will have to use them to bridge the gap until I get full raid gear.

I have 11. At first I didn't like the idea of Commendations, but no I realize they are worthless...to veteran guardians, not rookies, rookies need them

I have a bunch sitting unused. Only used one once to get a weapon to break down for energy. All of the weapon perks/stats are horrible. My exotics and VOG weapons are still superior.

I think I used 1 or 2 between 3 characters right after the DLC dropped and I haven't touched once since (have about 20 of them). I see no point in buying weapons with them either because the vanguard weapons suck. It would be nice if you could use them in another way.

Haven't spent 1. Completely useless, all the bonuses on the vanguard/crucible weapons are awful.

I only spend them when I need shards. For the most part they are piling up with plasteel and weapon parts.

I used 2, helmet and chest for different characters and both are already redundant. Have 10 Vanguard commendations and 2 crucible. No desire to buy anything really, wouldn't mind being able to trade them for mats or glimmer.
