Ice Breaker Needs to be Reevaluated
Honestly, it can one shot you across the map, it's in need of a serious nerf.
I would suggest a 20% decrease in RoF or a 10-15% decrease in damage. That would be fair and give the other sniper rifles like the Elitaph etc. a chance to be viable in PvP. I understand that both PvP and PvE are affected by this nerf, but let's be honest here, icebreaker is also ridiculous in PvE.
Thoughts?
Edit: if you're gonna criticize my playstyle, you should atleast have a higher k/d.
Edit: 3.0x10^8: the popularity this post is receiving is astounding. Surely bungie will notice this, let's hear your thoughts guys!

Ice breaker in pvp is literally the same as any other sniper it just has regenerating ammo if anything the praedyths is to good i can use it better than the ice breaker because of the high rate of fire low recoil and possible six shot mag

3 RepliesSo basically what this guy does is if he get's killed in PvP over an over with a certain gun, he just get's on here an expects an instant nerf lol I personally love the ice breaker the way it is, I mean it's an exotic, and a sniper, it's supposed to be a little better than other weapons. I just think the OP need's to get a little better with a sniper an fight back against the people who use them against him (just saying The Elitaph/Epitaph or w.e imo sucks). That's what I did. Just avoid the area the guy sniping is in, how hard is that? There's more then one way around all the map's...You don't have to go a certain route, switch it up an don't make your moves an playstyle so predictable.

I think I might get killed by Icebreaker like once out of every 7-10 matches. So I don't really see it as a problem. If everyone were camping and sniping with Icebreaker then maybe you'd have a case. But that hasn't been my experience at all.

Yes, please nerf the icebreaker... drop rate. Bought it off xur when it was for sale, then got 3 crucible matches later. Then I got off nightfall last night and Atheon tonight. Wtf I do with 4 icebreakers!?

Bro I don't remember the last time I got sniped let alone with an ice breaker get your shit together. I would be more concerned with the amount of Suros or blade dancers
