Hi guys, Here's an idea I had about how the New Light experience could be revamped utilizing vaulted content. I apologize in advance if this has already been suggested, I don't have much time to read through all the forums. What if the New Light onboarding process was a "Pantheon-style" set of missions that featured some of the best moments, missions and encounters from vaulted campaigns and raids? Almost like a speed run of the early years of Destiny. This would need some narrative cutscenes to bridge the gap between each mission to make the experience a little more cohesive, of course. Difficulty tuning so that it can be done solo, but it's not a complete walk in the park. There could even be loot specific to these missions that are revitalized versions of the iconic gear that came from the time the content was available. The gear would then be relevant in the current sandbox and even encourage veterans to run the missions for gear that was previously unobtainable or irrelevant as well. A condensed version of all the vaulted content people would love to see make a return, and new players to experience the early story for the first time. I know that there are technical limitations preventing Bungie from bringing back some of the vaulted content, but I believe that some of this would be cool to see completely redone anyway. Just an older Guardian hoping to bring back some of the best moments from the early years for everyone to enjoy. Please feel free to share what you think and give your feedback. Thank you! P.S.
