Bungie Name got forced changed by system, need help reporting this bug

My Bungie ID used to be JamesIZhazha, but it got forced changed to Redacted0986#2175. The reason shown was that after enabling cross platform, the system used the ID from my first login. But when I try to change it back, it says I already used my name change. The problem is, I did not change it myself. It was changed by the system. So I think this is a bug/system issue, not a normal name change. Please help report this to official support or Bungie staff for manual check. Thanks.

Hello there,  A name reset to default like that means it was detected or reported, reviewed by Bungie and reset to"Redacted####", that indicates that some part of the name broke the Code of Conduct or the Bungie Name Policy, was filtered, and cannot/should not be used again. When that happens, you get the new name cross play message in-game as notice of the name change. Most likely cause :
Policies include, but aren't limited to: An auto-created name that becomes empty or becomes offensive due to our filtration process Mentions of Bungie, BNG, etc., or impersonation of a Bungie employee Personal identifying information (i.e., first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
