Solo Portal Revive Tokens Disappear
When the timer expires in solo portal activites, the player loses all revive tokens and any further champions defeated from that point on do not generate revive tokens. I do not know if this applies to other portal categories, or on difficulties other than Ultimate.

The current Conquests however are buggy, with Derealize removing tokens despite being a Master and the 2 available GMs not removing them although they're meant to. There is no update from Bungie on when (or if) they'll be fixing/changing that.
