I am unable to access Destiny 2.

When I try to log in, I get a 'Contacting Destiny servers' message and then I get disconnected, even though my connection is stable and I am connected via Ethernet. I am in Mexico, playing on PC, and my ISP is Totalplay. I have already verified my network settings and cleared the game's cache, but the issue persists
