Sundered Doctrine Quest | Finality Augers Catalyst
There is no way for me to complete the catalyst, as I have no quest and have turned in all of the worms in one run and it did not drop. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You've already completed the quest as you have the class item unlocked. Enter Worm -> Gives -> Guardian at the wish wall, interact with the activate podium so it sets the code, and then complete the dungeon again. Catalyst will drop at the very end from the chest that spawns in the room that opens up after you beat the dungeon.
