We need Factions back and you should use the Syndicates as a blueprint progression path rewards and the shipments concept with portal activity runs and possible faction vs faction events and some more faction lore and bring in older D2 faction specific weapons and armor and shaders with new ones and integration of the tier system and unlike in vanilla D2 when repping the faction class item allow it to be an ornament like in IB so I don’t have to farm for another class item for each character and the armor archetypes I’m using but can just equip the ornament for the reputation they should be positioned in their original D2 vanilla locations
