45 full runs + solo flawless but no taken crystal
Bungie pls, the crystal RNG is awful, stop waste player time and increase the drop rate of this, i m losing my mind farming this thing, i have all i want for the dungueon, only need the crystal but it never drops, THE EXOTIC RNG OF DUNGEONS AND RAIDS IS THE WORST THING IN THIS GAME BY FAR!

5 RepliesThe overall drop rate in the Dungeon sucks. Clear an encounter with 4 Feats: 1 Tier 5, ridiculous when you can run a 5 min solo ops and get 4 or 5.

Took me 4 runs to get both crystal and exotic sounds like you sir need to GIT GUD

Bungie Gods have turned their back on me since I got the Hierloom on first completion. Hang in there I feel your pain

It's literally like playing slots. It's the same for me just getting an exotic contract to drop for the Cyan crystal. It's just BS at this point to keep us grinding/playing.

It's random and meant to farm not just give away. In guessing you didn't play d1 when everyone farming crota or running vog for drop. Yes it's frustrating but it's also fun when it finally drops. If out was easy to drop it be boring as -blam!-

Considering the dungeon has the exotic wep and an rng crystal it should be rewarded from the SF triumph aside from the rng stuff. It's a cosmetic, nothing gets broken.

Just hang a steak & cheese sandwich in front of your hamster wheel and climb back on and continue your runs. That's what Bungie wants 🤷♂️

i got mine on the second normal run, so i think there is no special requirement, just RNG

I have done this dungeon with 3 modifiers on, and I did the cutthroat combat once, multiple clears, tried all 5 modifiers, got the drape, exotic, and caty, but still no crystal

I got it my first try 😅, my RNG always seems to be on the luckier end. I think the most I’ve ever had to run anything was for the ‘Always on Time’ sparrow from Scourge of the Past. Other than that I usually always get my drops within 15-20 runs.
