Cherished Constellation triumph. Does anyone know how you can find out which ghosts you are missing. Im missing 3 out of the 18. I tried braytech, but it gives you the same info that you would see in the actual triumph in the game. No breakdown of names, etc. The same goes for the Listen in triumph, I'm missing 1. Thanks in advance.
