weapon stat even matter in pvp cause from what i can tell it doesnt

for certain weapons [i](very limited amount of)[/i] there is a point where it helps their TTK (you would have to be above 100% and usually much higher for this to matter)...I imagine it helps reload/handling (0-100%) but most PVP'rs do this with the mods (gauntlets and ind weapon stats) from my experience... I run the absolute lowest weapon stat for pvp.. but there are players I inspect where I'm like... aha they had damage build... choose your adventure -
5% damage (for 200 weapons stat) increase is not exactly a lot but it's there.
