Infinity Strand granade on pure void build

Hi. I have infinity Strand granade on pure void build on warlock class, i cant turn off this, changing granade not help. Video in link. The effect has been there since yesterday. Nothing helps to turn it off. Help!

Not a bug, Grappler is one of the daily modifiers in quickplay Solo/Fireteam Ops today. If you had it yesterday, then you were playing in a lobby where the leader enabled the modifier.
