Class-based is a cute thought, but not viable with the current population. At this point, we need fewer modes with broader allowances for players to match one another. I think skill-based needs to give way to connection based MM, as well. And for the love of Jesus, can we just get rid of the objective mode in comp? Each time they try to add something that isn’t clash or elimination (ie: kills only to win), the community absolutely hates it and they eventually scrap it for another mode people hate (see: rift, then countdown, then collision). I feel like since they introduced their PVP strike team, they’ve literally made terrible changes every opportunity they had 😂
