Fireteam being split up in the competitive crucible playlist
Today while playing in both a 3 stack and a duo I was split up and put on different teams from my fireteam members. Never seen this happen before. It happened 3 games in a row, the first 2 were 3 stack games and the third was a duo game.

same for us, haven't played comp all season - great weekend to start /s was a mix of who got placed on the other team. stopped after the 3rd game

This is a huge issue. I hopped on to help my friend in his promotion series to get out of plat and I was placed on the opposite team. Only reason I got on was just to help out a friend and I couldn’t even do that… Hopefully this gets fixed with tomorrow’s update.

I finally convinced my wife to play comp for the first time EVER and ran into this issue. It wasn't every match so at first we thought it was was just doing it because she was in a placement series, but it happened again in the very first match after she received her rank. Definitely ruined the experience for her and it's gonna be a hard sell to get her to try again when this gets fixed.

I tried to leave and take the suspension because it wasn't fun, so I kicked him from the fireteam thinking it would keep him in and it took him out of the match instead so I left too.

Same thing just happened twice to me and my friend in comp

Happened to my fireteam of 2. We got split in different teams in 3 out of 5 games we played in competitive.

Yep, played with a friend and queued for comp together but got placed on different sides in the match lol. I'm on epic and he's on xbox. This happened twice in a row and both times there was another team of two when the bug happened and both of the teams got swapped. Unfortunately, he won both games so now I'm never going to hear the end of it.

Same thing happened to me. Went in as a duo and got split up in 3v3 Clash and Collision mode.
