This is very sad. I love Destiny so much, I’ve been here (and I’m sure lots of you; for a reason) since Beta D1 Aug/Sept 2014. Bungie/Activision lost sight of what made this game so great (and the first bit of D2 was amazing). The employees at Bungie did incredible, ground breaking things in the first few of Destiny 2… however they get easily overshadowed by sheer focus on making more and more money from your players, and putting more value to stock/investors. You lost sight of storytelling, the power of a fireteam, of the grind… You lost sight of everything that made this game one of the best ever made, with one of the best communities ever assembled. While you try to fool your player base into thinking this is your ‘getting back up’ phase, we are all smarter than that. It takes more time to recover from what your company just went through than a couple weeks. And you know what? That’s ok. Just don’t BS us. Even though most people here are complaining, they care enough about the game and community to take the time to come here and write a novel of a post, expressing their feelings. @Bungie We’re here to help you find your way out of this mess you’ve created over the last few years. Let us know when you’re ready. We love Destiny, we always will.
