I'm seeing an issue where the Destiny 2 app can't seem to download its data on my Android 10 phone. There is a Retry button but it doesn't seem to work and neither does the App Settings -> Data Settings -> Update Databases.
I can't get bounties in the app or view my characters and inventory, but other features like fireteams work.
This has been happening ever since
version 15.1.4 build #3056

This was still happening with last week's update

This is still happening even with the latest update
version 15.1.4 build #3074
I've tried clearing the app data, uninstalling the app and re-installing it, but nothing seems to help.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this?

I just want to collect my previous season rewards and swap items between characters. Please let us know once your issue is resolved.
