Some mods don't work and can be fixed by de-slotting other mods, as if including the artifact mods has made the game reach its "limit" for how many mods can be applied and all still function. It's whatever if I need to remove some boot or class item mods to get targeting mods or unflinching mods to work, but arc dexterity (as well as harmonic dexterity with an arc subclass) does not work what so ever. Hoping bungie can at least acknowledge and fix this issue soon, as dexterity mods are incredibly useful being an animation buff rather than just handling.
