Threw together a Sunbracers/melee build based on the new melee and it seemed decent. Only thing I’m really annoyed about is Phoenix Dive being a class ability, such a dumb idea
I miss my Immortal Warlock.
Why doesn't my Noble Seekers trigger Ember of Benevolence anymore?? I would like my Seekers to trigger EoB like it did before this "update".
Yes, bottom tree dawn was miles better. Chain explosions and being able to extend super on kills was amazing. The only thing that held bottom tree back was the lack of the range melee, thats all I needed to be happy. Bungie instead killed off the tree and even removed the identity of the well by granting the perks and grenades to all classes.
No more divine protection, empowering melee, and hunters can dodge to get the same damage bonus that warlocks have to use their super for. Like its kind of insulting two out of our 3 aspects are complete trash while the other classes get these cool things that extend supers, get a powerful new grenade, or just straight up ground slam. Like it's cool if they wanna make those things aspects but add a little more to it. Icarus dash and heat rises aren't op enough to ge an entire aspect by itself, they're just not.
