Iv been grinding for days to get solstice armour upgrade glow, now I need to pat $64 to get shadow keep for nightmare hunts, what a -blam!-en rip off. I'm not even going to buy the glows, waste of -blam!-en time, cheers for making a game cheaters get rewarded for and hard workers get ripped off,later bungie ya -blam!- I'm going back to apex with a proper rewards systems

Now that you have more time, here are some things to look into: (These are just *MY* opinions) * Cheating including wall-hacks, lag-switchers and DDOSers needs to be addressed sooner than later. * Imbalance of the classes and supers leans toward certain classes too much. * All melees should be the same speed and range across classes. * Sliding needs a cool down. * Remove the slide immunity frames (You know they are there) . * You need to change Trials matchmaking to get more people in the mode. * Shotgun range is still too far. * Remove Control from Iron Banner. * Give us full time Clash because nobody plays the objective anyway. * Give a solo-only PvP mode for each game type. * Glory point system needs to change along with comp matchmaking scheme. * Make top-level PvE content more rewarding, stop being so stingy. * Stop making people play game modes they don't want to such as Gambit and Trials. * Requiring wins in Trials for quest steps is a really dumb idea. * Disallow emotes & make swords 1st person without ammo in top-level PvP modes. * Stop giving us 150 and lower sparrows. * Make our sparrows more resilient. * Give us an FoV slider on console. * Bow headshots should be as powerful as snipers. * Glory points should not drop (as much) if a teammate quits or errors out and doesn't rejoin. * Add extra Glory bonuses * How about some more secret Triumphs for random things like flawless Strikes, or KIlls in a Strike or something like that for fun. * Make Prophecy stay after this loooong season * Comp SBMM matchmaking should be split into 4 "Tiers". 0-2000 Tier 1; 2001-3000 Tier 2; 3001-4000 Tier 3; 4000+ Tier 4 I know not everyone will agree with all these, and I'm sure there are other great ideas that aren't on this list. I just feel like there are some good improvements that could be made and would make a huge Quality of Life difference for the people who are patient enough to stick around in this game during the long season. “Beyond light sets the stage” Like for real how many times do they say that before every expansion! Every year is the beginning of a new beginning in Destiny’s bright future. Literally suffix any expansion with “will lay the groundwork” or “will provide the foundation”

Can we get some goddamn server maintenance? Ive got footage from a few games you ass clowns in charge would love to see. Headshots hitting for zero damage, melees doing nothing, shotguns whiffing at pointblank rnages, snipers and arbalest wallbanging me constantly, -blam!-ing a trillion other nonsense cancer that exists because of your god awful server model for this trash ass game. 6 years and you -blam!- cant get even a single aspect of this to feel good again.

And "New Content" lemme just add to that the fact that we get to wield the darkness in beyond light? Not only that but bringing the exo stranger back is not "New"? Have you seen the new raid? The size of europa? It's an actually icy planet instead of mars which is asthetically icy. Not only that but the hell to bring back and balance the 3 weapons hawkmoon vex mythoclast and no time to explain. Give bungie some time. It's worth the wait.

Ok. Let's omit sunsetting and vaulting. It's happening, no changing it, fine. Bungie, what previous functionality issues are you fixing for the release of Beyond Light? Broken quests, glitches in strikes, etc., things that have greatly wasted my time in the past. I'm not talking about weapon balancing and meta, I'm talking menus loading slow, long wait times between destinations. qol improvements like vault access from orbit, bounties from orbit, changes that would get the player into the game faster. After all, my time costs money to use your service. I want to know the game is going to function well as a paid-for service, and I think some players need to hear it from you directly.

I have no problem with content needing more time but I would like you to take a walk with me for a paragraph or 2. It all started with the initial pre-order of the next expansion. Pretty uneventful all things considered. Status quo. 3weeks later they announced that it would be delayed by 2months until November. Makes complete sense with everything going on in the world. Here’s what didn’t sit right with me tho...why did they announce the September release date in the first place? They had to have known, right? I mean, 2months isn’t a small problem. And so soon after initial September release date only a few weeks earlier. I tried to think outside of the “they’re lazy, incompetent, greedy” box and it dawned on me. They don’t NEED the cash influx. The work is prettymuch already done. God knows they don’t test anything and rely on their YTs to do it for them, no disrespect to them. They get paid to play the game they love. We’re that we all that fortunate. No it’s bigger than that. So here’s what I came up with. Wrong or right, we’ll never know but maybe a conversation might come from it, who knows? I think it had to do with the drip-fed content they have openly admitted to being a fan of. The needed “X” number of dollars to compensate what was already spent on development. Committed to it. Like paying Tuesday for a hamburger today except we’re the giving them that hamburger waiting for Tuesday. Well, how far can they take it and still make money? What else can they remove from the new content while selling it as-is/drip-feeding it to us? This entire season is a 20sentence lecture from Eris broken into individual sentences, delivered once a week. How far are we willing to be pushed? How many times have they gone back on their word? How many times have they “apologized” for being shady and nerfing xp? How many times have you heard “we’re listening”? “I’ll run it by the team”, “we took things too far”, “working as intended”, “lifting the weekly restrictions on old raids”.....only to turn right around and go back on their word a week later. To NERF ANYTHING THAT BENEFITS THE PLAYER OR JEOPARDIZES EVERVERSE? TL;DR- they are stripping content out of the next expansion because preordered commitments have already paid dividends and once that goal was reached in the first few weeks, they felt comfortable spoon-feeding us the “more time in oven” bullshit. Once again, SHADY AF. Where does it end?

So, reinstalled destiny 2 yesterday for some random reason, and learned that bungie are vaulting, aka getting rid of, 4 planets in the game. Two of which are key to the main story, and the other 2 are literally the first two expansions. So goodbye to pretty much everything story releated to before the forsaken expansion. Their excuse is that they're making the game too big for hard drives and it's getting harder and harder to patch. Here's an idea bungie, cut destiny 2 at the current expansion of shadow keep and call from the next expansion, beyond light, Destiny 3, with inventory carry over. That way all the current content in destiny 2 will still be available. Uninstalled it now, no point wasting 90gb on that now. It also means that all the free to play stuff, story wise, is gone. Or will be when beyond light comes.

Why was Trial made a Challenge on the Solstice armour piece? A very large portion of this community don't even want to play trial due to its lack of respect... of which Bungie is aware of, so then why make it a requirement ?
