Skill based matchmaking
PLEASE BRING BACK SKILL BASED MATCHMAKING!!! Everytime I load into a crucible match, its ALWAYS against a clan while my team is a bunch of randoms. Crucible is losing it's fun cuz it's hard to even get any wins anymore. Skill based matchmaking was 1000 times better!

If you want your pinnacle play elimination or comp they are SBMM. If enough of us quit playing, Bungie will take notice, and maybe make a change. What we need is a choice of either SBMM or CBMM. If you want SBMM back boycott crucible. Tell your friends to spead the word.

I think that skill based should be for more competitive modes like trials or IB

I starting to like it now, although I am playing solo and there are sometimes lags, but I improved my KDA from 1,5 to 1,68 by playing IB. But yeah I feel and understand you, its seems to be unfairer than before.

The chances of what you're saying being true is quite low. Sorry to say it but you playing against only stacks is not likely unless its ib where that's been an issue since the first iron banner.

I notice little difference between this season and last. I am averaging slightly better numbers this season compared to last but not a huge gap.

If you’re having trouble in pvp, experiment with guns and builds. Find something that works for you and feels natural. Private match if you have friends or lfg private matches

4 Repliesthe trolls and toxic posters we alive and well. You can't improve if you are always dead and the more of your teammates die the more 1 or 2 v 6 non learning situations your in. All I see is a fish in a barrel for top players who no longer have to compete against each other. Playing players in you skill range feels more competitive, you can play for fun, you can knuckle down and make a difference for your team and move up slowly to higher levels as you improve. Pay no attention to the negative post get good or your a bad player trolls. They argue from defective logic with no basis or proof of a faulty assumption. They are afraid to play people of the same skill level because they have to work at being competitive and hurts their inflated KD. Basically the playground bullies.

You're wrong. Their should be a solo queue iron banner playlist so solo players don't play against full fireteams, no doubt, but you shouldn't be catered to just because you're bad at PvP. CBMM is beautiful.

13 RepliesI still ran into stacked teams all the time when there was SBMM. They are annoying to face when you are solo, but changing back will not stop you from running into them. I think Bungie should make an option for quick-play SBMM, so that players can choose the way they want to play. However, I do not think it is helpful to blame CBMM for things it is not actually responsible for.
