Tell me about your bed. Describe it in gory detail. I want you to use words to strip the outer layers and reveal its innards.
I'm really -blam!-ing bored.
I have a Queen sized mattress upon an old wooden frame. We got it from my mothers former clients back when she still did home healthcare. It was in their guest room and was never really used, so they just gave it to us. Then they both died like two months apart from eachother not long after.
Anyway, so I got this sorta crimson bed cover thingy. Its silky and the corner loves to come undone and slap me in the face at 3 am. Then I got a maroon sheet. One of the corners is torn off, but the things so large that it can be tucked and still serve its purpose.
Next up is my white hospital blanket that I got from a thrift store. It's huge and heavy, but thin and very warm. I love it. I always hated bed comforters because they're too...poofy. On top of that, I have an old blanket my grandma made. It's all patchy with different bits of fabrics and stuff. I just think it's neat.
Pillows! I have a black and white body pillow with a sort of...idk, fancy black chain pattern. I use it for my dumb face and have a few gray pillows against the wall for to prevent loud bangs when I kick or punch during my night terrors.
Oh, I also have another red blanket over the headboard thingy because I kept getting my hands stuck in the lil wooden bars and that shit hurts.
I share this abomination of assorted blankets and pillows with my two siamese cats. They take up a good 3/4ths of the bed and I get a tiny sliver between them.
I'm gonna try to sleep in it once more. You have yourselves a most good morning since its 3:36 am here.
Sidenote: my phone for some reason has always auto corrected the word gory to gorey. I think it's because I have a friend in my circle we call Gorey, so the phone just decided that's how I spell that word or something? Idk, but it annoys me when I see it.
I also talk about gore enough to notice this, that probably isn't surprising though.

Full size mat on a box spring (?) on a metal frame. It has a comforter under on top of the mat. My covers and sheets and stuff are all grey. My two pillows are foam because I think they are better than normal ones. I normally have two other blankets and a puffy bed cover, but it’s summer and where I live it gets hot AS FRICK, so it’s just the one thin grey sheet. Oh and on a side note I have to sleep in pitch black darkness or it takes a while to fall asleep.
My Gob I should like a five year old.
I too have a queen size bed on a wooden frame on top I have a tan sheet.

I sleep on the fallen trees my predecessors murdered for comfort

Umm Wooden frame, very light brown. We got like green sheets encasing the bed, also got a massive butt crater because I'm basically sitting in the same spot all day The first sheet is also green but it's got some chocolate ice cream stains on it, so every now and then you see small little dots of chocolate. Your mind always thinks the worst but then you remember "oh yeah I eat icecream lying down like a slob" The final sheet has a bunch of square patterns on it, mostly green but it also has hints of blow and black. We got 4 pillows in total, two beneath the head and the other two leaning against the wall to creat a cocoon of pillows That's about it

I sleep on the couch, I haven't slept on my bed in 13 years. However, my bed is a queen size, no frame, with a tannish and black jungle tiger Stipe theme, covered in clothes and a crap load of dust. Funny thing, I was planning on digging it out so I can rest my legs normally while I heal my cankle.

2 RepliesEdited by Speaker: 4/27/2020 11:20:39 AMI sleep on a double mattress, no frame- box spring on the floor- (I try to be frugal.) not very comfortable compared to other beds I've slept on/in. It has a beige bottom sheet- relate on the face slapping at 2am. 3 pillows that end up in different positions throughout the night, occasionally one is a leg/back head pillow, and the poofiest poof that was ever poofed by a poof. It is a grey comforter. and thats it; I'm one of those weirdos that can sleep with nothing on top of me, no blanket sheet etc. I do not put a top sheet on the bed because it ends up stuffed into a corner or at the foot of the bed by morning. Only reason i have the comforter is to use as another pillow or to roll up in like a burrito. If it is too warm for the burrito configuration I opt for the Taco fold formation OR the simple yet elegant, sleep on top of the covers. I long for the day, when I can battle for bed space with a cat. I miss having kitties >;-;<

1 ReplySure why not, I’m bored as well It’s a hand-me-down Queen Size Bed that I inherited from my parents, it’s probably 20 years old now. The base is made up of 2 sections which connect together via a pair of hooks. The bottom portion has drawers on each side. There is some minor damage to the upper portion of the base, since one of my cats ( she past away a few years ago ) used to use it as a scratching post. The mattress is relatively new ( a little over 5 years old ). There’s an upholstery covered headboard, which I have covered up with a throw blanket, because my cats tend to use it as a scratching post. Currently, there is double sided duvet on the bed. One side for the summer ( polyester ), the other is for the winter ( Cotten ). I just put a put brand new duvet cover on earlier this morning, it has 2 different shades of grey, and red stripes. I have 4 memory foam pillows on my bed, and I prefer my pillows firm, but I don’t think they are doing what I want them to do since I need to fluff them every single day.

1 ReplySome kind of king sized mattress. I don’t remember the name. I’ve a chilipad cover top to go over it to help keep me cool at night because I make an enormous amount of body heat at night and sleep VERY hot. Some kind of pillow...don’t know what kind they are. BUT, this is the most comfortable sleeping system I have ever slept in. I wish I could sleep in it every night but that idea is not very conducive to married life...unless you hate each other. My Warbonnet double layer Blackbird. LOVE. IT. https://imgur.com/a/Yyntf3M

Well you have to go to the crypts to get there. It’s very very far down in my castle. You should find yourself in the bottom of the castle. My dungeon is there but don’t turn that direction instead take the long hallway near the bottom of the stairs. Continue going and if you survive the traps you will get to the crypts. There are many of them of course filled with many resting places. There are three big ones behind iron doors. One is a hideous place belonging to my greatest enemy. Ignore that room. Mine is the dark one with the classic wooden coffin. Recently a annoying bard invaded my castle and went to my room so of course I had my three bodyguards there attack him. Anyways I am getting off topic. The bed itself is nothing too fancy. A nice black coffin which I rest in. It’s old and cozy and blocks the light of the sun although not like we get sun in Barovia anyways. I do love that bed for it has served me for all 700 years.

My friend broke my bed AND mattress somehow when he stayed at our house so I have a triple thick layer of blankets on which I lie (lay??) and then have one more blanket as usual.
Sorry, all out of salt.
A queen sized bed with the name Trump printed all over it. No idea why. We acquired it in a used furniture store set up in an abandoned high school, but the seller told us it had never been previously owned. Quite a comfy bed. Atop it are some lovely beige linen sheets, and a giant poofy white comforter. That’s it, that’s all the blankets I sleep with. I also only sleep with one pillow, but when the bed is made it is topped with 6 decorative pillows and a grey knitted blanket that I absolutely adore. The frame is boring. Just steel. With many a pointy bits sticking out to catch your toesies or wreck your shins.

2 RepliesI don’t have a frame—my bed is a series of mattresses stacked on top of one another. I’ve never understood the point of oversheets, so I sandwich mine between the top & middle matresses, so it falls off, and covers the bottom two. Then, of course, I have a matching regular sheet on the top one. Both the sheet & oversheet are navy blue. Most of the time, my blanket is navy blue with white stripes, but if it’s really hot I have a lighter black blanket I can swap it with. The black blanket actually has a huge hole in its corner, and its insides are pouring out. But, it still works, so I still use it. If things get REALLY hot, I have a thin grey blanket with the Salt Lake Community College logo on it—a very angry looking bear. Much like my blankets, I have a couple of pillows that I swap out. One is blue, like the sheets, and is very flat. Then I’ve got a Frozen II pillow that my brother got me for Christmas. It’s got a picture of Elsa, Anna, and Olaf on the front, and is pink on the back. It’s super comfy, so that’s what I use most of the time. Finally, I have this tiny grey fuzzy pillow that I don’t use to sleep, but can use to prop up my head if I want to lay in bed & watch YouTube or something. And, I think that’s it!

1 ReplyEdited by UnwiseGeoduck84: 4/26/2020 3:29:14 PMAll you need to know is that almost half the bed is taken up a mountain of stuffed animals.

I have twin sized bed, the sheets are black, I have two pillows a star wars pillow case, my sheet is ripped down the middle. I'm too lazy to sow it. And I have a mirror at the foot of my bed

6 RepliesI have a queen size bed with an endy mattress that feels like sleeping on heaven's clouds. There are 2 drawers on the bottom of the bed frame which contain the finest of boxers and socks. I have a weighted blanket to prevent me from sleep thrashing and it has a soft, velvety texture for extra coziness. On the end of my bed is another small bonus blanket that was custom made with a picture of my dog printed on it. I have 2 cooling gel memory foam pillows which are like sleeping on marshmallows. My bed is extremely cozy and it makes getting up in the morning the biggest struggle of the day.

Reading this is actually putting me to sleep... thank you.
