Lol I can easily confront your "argument". The analogy is just bad because it's too vague. Person 1 could be eating at McDonald's because they want to & person two could be performing life-saving surgery because they're paid to do so, in which case I'd say person 2 cares more about what they're doing. Alternatively, person 1 could be spending time with their kid because they want to & person 2 could be taking an online survey for a $5 gift card, in which case person 1 cares more. You can twist your analogy to fit any narrative, which makes it a bad analogy to illustrate your point.
