Who thinks D2 right now is a pay early access game
Let me rephase the pay to win to, it's payed early access. I do, its because of how you get the exotic weapon the easy way is to buy the season pass and rank 1 has the seasonal bundle, the hard way is grinding to rank 35. I don't have the season pass, so I have to grind to 35 to get the exotic weapon. While a season pass player gets it early, rank 1 reward seasonal bundle, I would even say the seasonal exotic weapon probably will expire with the season if you don't get to rank 35 I'm just guessing though on that. I do find it weird that the exotic weapon is on the track at all and in the bundle, and thinking about it Eriana's Vow was the same way. Besides the track and bundle can you get the Exotic weapon from anywhere else from any activity and if not thats bad, and really its more about the Exotic weapon, everything else is a bonus.

5 RepliesIt's a point of view. If I played this game for free, I would expect to not have everything available to me and possibly need to grind extra. I payed for the season to play content, not necessarily to get a stream lined path to a gun

Rank 35 isnt that hard to hit, you can knock out 5 levels over the course of a couple hours and hit rank 35 pretty leisurely over 7 weeks. Thats under the assumption of someone playing casually of course its much quicker if you play more than a couple hours a week.
