Bungie, can you please make the rare bounty purchasable from Ada? I used obsidian crystal - no progress.

1 ReplyAt this point the gun should be given to us. I have had the quest removed from my inventory, and then ada-1 gave me the quest after the mysterious box. I did the step up to having it forced in the bergisia forge just to then have it removed from my inventory upon completion. It then gave me the busted mysterious box quest again without it being able to be progressed. They have wasted so much of my time it would only be fair to just give it to me

Anyone know if Bungie has said anything about returning obsidian crystals to players who consumed them? Not in the mood to re-grind rare bounties.

It took me 3 months to get a rare bounty drop then a couple of days to get it completed as I just don't have the time to grind like hard core fans and I won't be doing another one just to get another another crystal. Please bungie help a working man out.

2 RepliesJust finished the Shattered Throne and turned in my bounty for the Obsidian Crystal. Yet when I consumed it I got absolutely nothing in return. Now it’s asking me to still find an obsidian crystal. Why after almost a year since it’s release is this quest still bugged? Please Bungie either auto complete the quest step or refund the crystal.

Well today i finished 7 Daily bounties and got nothing, not even a glimm... on sunday i just did same mistake and used the Cristal from 1 month grind Rare bounty...yeah To everybody that thinks Bungie will at least give You back Cristal or Rare Bounty, it will never happend. Not with Bungie. Sad...

4 RepliesSpent weeks of grinding for a rare bounty yesterday and was happy that I was finally going to be able to move forward. Spent the afternoon completing the bounty and then consumed the crystal. Slowly the realisation set in and I thought "no I didn't do something wrong". Google search to find out that this is now bugged. Weeks wasted, yesterday afternoon wasted, and no guarantee that I'll get credit for the crystal. Why did I have to search for this answer?

I am so glad that I am not the only one who has had issues with this! It would be amazing if bungie actually responded and did something about this. Like give players who lost there Crystal's back. Or make rare bounties accessible from Ada like someone said

Bungie responded to another similar forum saying that it’ll be fixed this Thursday ... at this point they should give the dam gun to the people who got screwed.

3 RepliesMy question is, why do you people keep trying to insert the keys/crystals? this has been a WELL KNOWN bug for over a month now, and Bungie has acknowledged and responded to people about the issue and that the quest is still bugged and advising NOT to insert the keys/crystals. As -blam!-ed up as this quest is, and yes, they dropped the ball big time, but they have advised NOT to insert these as the quest is still bugged while it's being "fixed". How do you people not know? Do ya'll live under a rock? Because you can clearly see see on multiple outlets that the damn quest is bugged. Stop trying to progress and coming here to whine. Instead, take that time and browse the forums and you will have your answer.

I also "used/consumed" the obsidian Crystal and received no progress. The crystal is gone and I am not even going to try to grind forges for another extremely rare bounty. Hopefully this is something that you can track and award players affected at this quest step with a rare bounty to complete again or the ability to simply purchase a crystal.

Didnt know they made a post saying not to use the key, used it and now I'm worried I have to re grind the black armory key. Fantastic

Same bug @bungie i'm not doing another rare bounty so please when its fixed i think the least u can do is aware the people that have done it the next step or the weapon for the inconvenience.

I was told this quest was fixed as of a few days ago. WTF!? Bergusia is up today, so I went to carry on. Insert black armory key. Nada. So is the entire thing just burned? Should I delete lock & key and begin again?? Waste of time.
