It goes way beyond exotics knowing they didn't even bother to get actual feedback from the player base creating D2. In doing so Bungie literally wasted an entire year of time and resources bringing some of what D1 was into D2. Random rolls, changing weapon slots, etc... [spoiler]Bungie has already been working on D3 as far as I know and their stubbornness is going to end up casing most likely the same issues instead of working on a game getting it to move forward, they will backtrack for the umpteenth time. 5 years and this company still have not learned that how they have been handling Destiny since D2 released and now working on D3 is not in favor of them and most likely will not be in favor of us playing the game.[/spoiler] Seriously, has this company lost their imagination that they constantly have to keep removing and bring the same exotics back? This is not a joke or me being sarcastic about this... [spoiler]First, we hear from DeeJ and he literally said this. [b](" You don't want to use the same weapons for 10 years")[/b] and he also said that the same weapons will not return in D1 when they removed them. Well, as we all know, that didn't happen. Next, we hear from Deej something along the lines, "We didn't want you to feel your favorite weapons/gear have become obsolete, we could have gone a better way about it". Once again, that didn't happen because the pattern continued throughout D1. Then there is this, "We made things easier for us to put out updates on regular bases" or how they said they made things easier for the sandbox.[/spoiler] I could go on about a few other things, but what I'm getting at with all this is that Bungie needs to actually learn how to follow through with what they say and stick with it. This constantly going back on the word is a huge issue that ends up causing them to constantly changing things in this game leaving this game to never really being consistent when creating content. So overall, they need to stop saying one thing and end up doing another. If they are saying like Luke Smith actually said in D1 before Ttk released [b]("we have created a whole new arsenal")[/b] Then actually create a whole new arsenal and stop uing half of reskinned D1 weapons as they have in D2 and reskinned them god only knows how many times that it's ridiculous that we are keeping (the same weapons for 10 years to constantly get resskind.)

I dont care regrinding D3 if that is the FINAL game and they add on to it. Without Activison limiting it should be better. Also quests are required because handing stuff out is no fun

I think they should give us the non-quest exotics and just lock them at the max level.

Well Activision is out of the picture and so far they have been listening so you may get what you want even if you don't want it.

Of course we're going to lose our weapons [b][i]again[/i][/b]. The devs explained this and the zillion defenders who righteously decried anyone who went against it. The Single, Solitary, ONLY, thing carrying over is your character. This honestly shouldn't even be a question or request at this point. It should be a bullet point in a FAQ somewhere.

New game. New grind. Burn this mutha down and rebuild it as something better!

Not gonna happen. That's how these games work. That's like expect the classes and guns to transfer in each Borderlands.

That's not going to happen. If anything looking at their current model they will make you have to do a restrictive mandatory quest for every exotic. Lucky pants you'll have to kill 1000 titans with headshots while the hand cannon is clinched between your butt cheeks and you're wearing nothing but your panties.
